Job Description:
Leads pharmacy operations and clinical services as assigned. Coordinates pharmacy personnel and practice for medication management systems, safety, regulatory and quality to ensure that optimal patient care is provided to patients and customers. Manages, coordinates and develops pharmacy staff, financial resources through program development; staff recruitment; hiring, supervision and evaluation of staff; development and monitoring of departmental budgets; performance improvement and competency activities.

Pay Range: $69.90 to $96.71 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
