Job Summary
The Sr. Director, HR Communications plays a key role in developing and delivering impactful communications for internal audiences that support HR programs across our company with a focus on benefits, talent, and learning. Reporting to the AVP, HR Communications, this role partners closely with HR and business leaders to inform, engage, and inspire employees while reinforcing the value of working at Comcast.Job Description

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field
Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to exercise decision making and work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong professional demeanor and comfort interacting with senior executives across the organization and external contacts
Ability to manage team members, vendors, and align people and projects to key business priorities
Understanding and interest in AI technology and the applications to communications.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Strong proficiency with business management software (SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR functions and employee engagement.
Experience in the development, launch, and support of digital tools.
Based in Philadelphia.
