Payroll Service Specialist responsible for day-to-day payroll operations per documented processes and procedures, supporting several EMEA countries. For this particular position, proficiency in the French language is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Validating and processing data inputs for our payroll and time tracking systems

• Query handling through our ServiceNow ticketing system

• Support our continuous improvement journey bij further streamlining and centralizing processes

• General HR/Payroll administrative supporting activities (i.e. process documentation, continuous improvement, provide training, etc.)

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Requires 0+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Accountability to get the work done in correct and proper manner

• Agile and flexible mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment

• English; Full professional proficiency or native proficiency

• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills

• Open mindset to absorb (Payroll) knowledge

• Ability to prioritize and take directions from multiple sources

• Accurate and with an eye for detail

• Experience in HR/Payroll

• Experience with ADP Celergo, CloudPay, or other payroll software
