Job Summary
Molding Technicians are responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce plastic parts and components. They also perform various tasks related to maintaining equipment, keeping the work area clean and organized.

Kỹ thuật viên ép nhựa (Molding Technicians) chịu trách nhiệm vận hành máy ép nhựa để sản xuất các chi tiết và linh kiện bằng nhựa.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ liên quan đến bảo dưỡng thiết bị, duy trì khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp.
 

Job Description / Mô Tả Công Việc:

Conduct daily inspection of the machine, auxiliary equipment, and surrounding facilities
Thực hiện kiểm tra hàng ngày máy móc, thiết bị phụ trợ và các cơ sở xung quanh.

Responsible for mold loading/unloading, material feeding, and first article inspection during machine startup
Chịu trách nhiệm lắp/dỡ khuôn, nạp liệu và kiểm tra mẫu đầu tiên khi khởi động máy

Handle general quality abnormalities of finished products
Xử lý các bất thường về chất lượng sản phẩm hoàn thiện

Manage the machine lines, water circuits, and implement 5S in the work area
Quản lý dây chuyền máy, hệ thống nước và thực hiện 5S trong khu vực làm việc

Perform daily maintenance of molds
Thực hiện bảo dưỡng hàng ngày cho khuôn

Patrol and monitor the product quality in the area
Tuần tra và giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm trong khu vực

Report abnormalities
Báo cáo các bất thường

Job Requirements / Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan

Education: Associate degree or above
Học vấn: Cao đẳng trở lên

Major: Injection Molding, Mechanical & Automation
Chuyên ngành: Ép nhựa, Cơ khí & Tự động hóa

Knowledge: Familiar with the properties of plastic raw materials
Kiến thức: Hiểu biết về tính chất của nguyên liệu nhựa.

Proficient in the operation of Fanuc injection molding machines and robotic arms.
