The Senior Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst is a crucial role that requires a combination of technical and functional expertise. This individual will be responsible for project coordination, tracking, and control for assigned modules or systems within an enterprise-wide information system. They will manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis and resolution, should possess a solid understanding of enterprise-class IT development methodologies, and demonstrate proficiency in business processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide Technical and Functional support to other business units internally at Arrow.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex processes and integrate custom applications.
  • Design and customize interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions.
  • Coordinate and deliver technical components for projects throughout the software development life cycle follow and enforce development guidelines and best practices, identify opportunities for adopting new technologies, and effectively manage multiple disciplines to successfully deliver initiatives
  • Gather requirements, understand customer needs, and ensure the smooth running of ERP applications systems.
  • Identify and improve current process flows to solve existing needs and future challenges.
  • Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic projects implementations.
  • Represent R&D for strategic/transformational initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 8 years of experience supporting implementations in Oracle ERP
  • Functional Experience: Oracle Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Order Management, Pricing,  Warehouse, BOM, Procurement, Quoting or Pricing)
  • Technical Experience: PL/SQL basic coding experience, and DevOps.
  • Experience with Custom applications and integration with Oracle ERP
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a solid background in solutions in the ERP space.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Oracle technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), and Application Development Framework (ADF).

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:  

  • Experience working with Manufacturing/ distribution industries.
  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP Quote to cash flow
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle and Salesforce (Plus)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, Custom PLL, and, Forms & Reports

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$63,250.00 - $87,083.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
