Role Definition

Leads a team responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery supply chain, ensuring the availability of essential commodities to support manufacturing or distribution operations. Develops, implements, and oversees supply chain strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops a team across all supply chain functions, including purchasing, planning, inventory, and performance.
  • Ensures supply chain processes align with company standards and collaborates with Product Managers to optimize the supply base.
  • Oversee supplier development, production scheduling, and Sales & Operations Planning to meet global demand.
  • Drives continuous improvement in supply chain performance and manages key metrics.
  • Coaches and evaluates staff, fostering communication and alignment between logistics and manufacturing.
  • Acts as a main contact for internal teams and external partners across global operations.

Degree Requirement:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, Business or related to the field
  • Fluent English
  • Expert in leadership roles or similar position
  • Emphasis on accountability for results

Inventory Management:

  • Resolves inventory issues.

Logistics Management:

  • Designs logistics plans.
  • Improve planning processes.
  • Tracks shipments.
  • Manage carrier relationships.
  • Advice on operational requirements.

  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP National Certification
  • Expert in inventory management and control, purchasing, parts distribution and/or supply chain/logistics.
  • Expert in information technology, supply chain planning, global purchasing, operations and / or quality
  • Develop and deploy creative / original solutions to complex problems.
  • Elevated level of business acumen, with the ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformation activities for a business division.
  • Ability to translate strategic vision to actionable performance.
  • Ability to establish and monitor policies and guidelines.
  • Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Solid product knowledge

Additional Information:

  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
  • This position is five-day a week in-office model.
  • This position will require travelling up to 25% of working time (Domestic and International).
  • Valid Travel Visa and Passport
