Position Purpose: Develop and implement digital strategy for enterprise. Execute on digital strategies and plans. Provide strategic and tactical guidance to health plans and specialty companies.

• Responsible for management and execution of strategies to deliver and enhance our digital experience
• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital initiatives, both internal and external
• Manage for the enterprise. Coordinate with health plans and specialty companies as needed
• Develop and implement governance plan for enterprise
• Oversee website redesign and mobile optimization
• Provide insights into content, user and industry trends
• Manage insights for user experience and usability compliance
• Lead the development of strategy
• Manage day-to-day operations

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience. 7+ combined years of web, interactive or digital communication experience.

Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
