  • Drive subscriber growth and revenue through partner channels, ensuring strong performance across acquisition, engagement, and upsell initiatives.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives and sales incentive programs with partners, maximizing conversion, visibility, and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Ad Sales teams to unlock integrated opportunities with partners and advertisers, connecting distribution with monetization strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance, with strong focus on KPIs and overall business efficiency.
  • Navigate complex partner ecosystems and stakeholder environments, managing relationships and driving alignment across multiple levels of seniority.
  • Bring market insights from distribution and entertainment ecosystems (telcos, platforms, competitors) to continuously evolve partnership strategies.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +7 years of professional experience in partner marketing, distribution, business development or commercial marketing.
  • Solid experience in marketing leadership roles at major companies, preferably in digital platforms.

  • Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in partnerships, distribution, or business development (media, telecom, or digital platforms).
  • Strong track record in negotiation and deal-making.
  • Experience with telcos, pay TV, or large distribution ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of subscription models (CAC, LTV, bundling, revenue share).
  • Experience in trade marketing and sales incentive programs.
  • Ability to connect business opportunities with marketing execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence in complex environments.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with focus on KPIs, ROI and business impact.
