About the Role

We’re recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Project Management Office (PMO) on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role has been created to support the delivery of a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional business projects during a planned period of transition within the PMO.

Reporting into the PMO within the Commercial function, this is a senior, autonomous role suited to an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently and partnering closely with senior leaders across the organisation. In this role, your focus will firmly be on business transformation, change, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple complex, cross‑functional business projects
• Partner with senior leaders and executive sponsors to define scope, governance, roles and expectations
• Establish and lead cross‑functional working groups to deliver agreed business outcomes
• Apply a pragmatic, fit‑for‑purpose project management approach aligned to organisational needs
• Manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across a portfolio of initiatives
• Deliver clear, tailored communication to stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Leadership Team members
• Coordinate and drive sign‑off across the business as required
• Ensure effective transition of projects into sustainable steady‑state operations
• Where required, act as Project Lead, championing initiatives beyond traditional project management activities

About You

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Project Manager within a Business PMO or similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, self‑manage priorities and deliver outcomes once briefed
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leaders
• A business‑first mindset, with the ability to translate project activity into tangible business outcomes
• Experience delivering business transformation, process change or change‑led initiatives
• Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, complexity and multiple competing priorities
• Pragmatic, hands‑on approach to project delivery
• Change management experience or hybrid PM / Change capability is highly regarded
• FMCG or Dairy experience is desirable but not required
