Accenture’s Talent & Organisation (T&O) team partners with clients to deliver people-centred transformation across change, HR transformation, operating model, workforce strategy, culture, and digital adoption. We’re growing our Sydney team and seeking a Consultant (CL9) with strong Financial Services experience.

About the Role

As a Consultant in our T&O practice, you will support and deliver components of major transformation programs across large banks, fintechs, insurers, and other financial services organisations. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to design solutions that enhance organisational performance, uplift capability, and drive workforce-led change.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a Big Four bank or Financial Services organisation, who is ready to step into consulting or further develop their consulting career.

What You Will Do

• Support the delivery of end-to-end transformation programs within Banking & Financial Services.

• Conduct research, analysis, and insights to inform client recommendations.

• Contribute to deliverables including operating model designs, change strategies, stakeholder maps, comms plans, training materials, and workforce assessments.

• Partner with client SMEs and leaders to understand challenges and co-design solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement across large, complex organisations.

• Support business readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation activities.

• Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Technology, Industry, HR) to ensure integrated delivery.

• Contribute to internal initiatives within the T&O practice including thought leadership, pipeline support, and practice development.

What You Bring

• Experience working within a Big Four bank or major Financial Services organisation (mandatory or strongly preferred).

• 2–4+ years’ experience across one or more T&O capability areas:

  • Change Management

  • Organisational Design / Operating Model

  • Workforce Planning / Workforce Strategy

  • HR Transformation

  • Talent Transformation

  • Communications or Training Delivery

  • Digital / Technology Transformation

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to manage tasks, coordinate workstreams, and deliver high-quality outputs.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

• Exposure to project delivery methodologies (Waterfall or Agile).

• Prior consulting experience is highly valued but not essential.
