Be part of R&D vehicle development, QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management for Harness Wiring parts with engineering skills and accountability of each duty to create value and overachieve customer expectations. Capable to lead a model year & job transfer for future developments. Analysis of field claims to define effective countermeasure proposals, and creation of cost reduction ideas.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow Directions for Harness Wiring system development on new vehicle projects.
QCT: Understands program budget and functional challenges or targets to be achieved. Develops accurate reports/data
Negotiate appropriately with other Engineering departments to resolve basic concerns
Read, create, interpretate 2D, 3D & Simple Circuit Diagrams
Understand and Control cost reduction and field quality improvement activity.
Supplier communication
Provides technical guidance to Manufacturing plant & related areas.
Able to work as a part of team.
Education:
Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive or alike)
Years of Experience:
Automotive engineering development experience (1-3 years)
Experience of NX / Catia V5 and Teamcenter
Expperience of Circuit Diagram (Zuken preferably)
Experience with OEM or supplier design and release
Language:
English (TOEIC <= 600 puntos )
Travel Requirement: Yes
