Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver impactful solutions. - Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Lead the development of test plans and test cases, ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Power Platform, and Azure. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in the ERP domain. - Experience in leading the development of test plans and test cases. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the ERP domain. - This position is based at our Manila office.
