Warehouse & Distribution Manager

The Warehouse & Distribution Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for end‑to‑end distribution center operations, ensuring safe, compliant, cost‑effective, and efficient supply of products. This role drives long‑term 3PL and distribution network strategy, optimizes operational performance, and leads people and process excellence in alignment with business and quality objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations, including people leadership.
• Experience managing 3PL partners and distribution operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience operating in regulated, quality-driven environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Strong track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, cost management, and productivity improvement.
• Experience developing distribution network, capacity, or operational improvement plans to support business growth.
• Experience working with SAP or other supply chain / warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Japanese and English.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
