Impact & contribution: - As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you'll lead, drive and prioritise the delivery of portfolio of Fraud monitoring initiatives for existing and new CBA products. Running with about 5 at a time, they are complex incremental projects within the Fraud portfolio.

You'll engage with a range of stakeholder groups from other business units like Payments, Business Banking, Digital, CommBiz, Group Ops, Data Warehousing, Risk, Infrastructure, KAFKA, Testing and Cyber teams.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities including driving decisions, resolving dependencies and navigating escalations
• Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders like Fraud Risk advisory, Fraud Analytics and Fraud Ops to understand the business needs and drive the right outcome for the customers.
• Liaise with external stakeholders like Line 1 & Line 2 Risk, upstream delivery teams, Cyber, Pen Test and infrastructure team.
• Maintain and update JIRA for Scrum activities for LT reporting.
• Lead the scrum ceremonies like Huddle, Sprint planning and retro to ensure the goals are set clearly for the team.
• Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to
• Managing the organisational change requirements (OCM) with the business and OCM professionals.
• Leading the development of mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies and to mitigate key risks, to ensure successful delivery.
• Balancing competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Essential Skills: -

• Have Product Owner experience, leading teams to high performance
• Experienced in the definition and delivery of product roadmaps
• Have deployed projects within Fraud or Digital/Online Banking Technology / Cards & Merchants or CommBiz or Payments
• Experience with Agile frameworks, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
