Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the architectural design process to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote cohesive project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom application development.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies relevant to enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
