Job Description

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on growing and nurturing strategic retail accounts. You will drive revenue, deepen client relationships and deliver seamless execution across our retail media platforms. You will guide the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vendors, their agency partners, and merchants.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for retail accounts to meet revenue targets and drive growth

  • Act as the senior relationship owner for top-tier clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships

  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, setting performance expectations and driving accountability

  • Establish foundational account management practices by designing playbooks, workflows and success metrics

  • Provide regular feedback, mentorship and career development planning for team members

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing and customer-centric team culture

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless execution and client satisfaction

  • Communicate client needs and feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product or service improvements

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate fulfillment, inventory planning, and promotional execution

  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline activity, and team metrics using CRM and analytics tools

  • Analyze trends to anticipate client needs and inform account planning strategies

  • Prepare executive-level summaries and business reviews for both internal leadership and client stakeholders

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales or client services, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector

  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams

  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Google Workspace and business analytics tools

  • Experience with media reporting metrics and platforms for campaign reporting, etc.
