Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with expertise in Absence and Leave Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management modules. Configure absence plans, eligibility profiles, accruals, carryover rules, and absence types. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for leave policies and compliance. Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to absence management. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on existing configurations. Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of Oracle Absence Management functionality including accruals, eligibility, and legislative compliance. Experience with Fast Formulas related to Absence Management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
