Mercer is a globally recognized leader in providing companies guidance on compensation and global mobility. We are seeking candidates for our Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards Senior Sales Executive position. This role is a hybrid position and prefers candidates based in the Charlotte, NC area.
Senior Sales Executive (Sales Professional)
We will count on you to:
Responsible for driving net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations and negotiate and close contracts.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales independently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
What makes you stand out:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management, total rewards or similar industry.
Successful software sales experience.
Experience selling into middle and large size organizations in the Charlotte, NC and/or Mid-Atlantic territory.
Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business.
Ability to speak to managing a highly complex matrix driven environment.
