Summer Intern

Program Overview:
Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 and work approximately 40 hours per week. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

What you will do:
Fiserv is currently looking for innovative and motivated Compliance Interns to participate in the 10-week 2026 Summer Internship Program to support day-to-day compliance activities, research regulatory requirements, and help strengthen policies, controls, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, curious, and interested in risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Interns will work with business professionals learning much needed skills such as working with senior business leaders and experienced teammates; offer innovative suggestions; support in ongoing documentation of existing processes, with mentorship, and other complicated projects. Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the organization. Specific activities vary by assignment.

What you need to have:
• Progress towards completion of bachelor's degree by December 2026 / May 2028 with demonstrated academic achievement
• 3.0 + GPA
• Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities

Salary Range

$45,900.00 - $62,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
