HR Data Management Professional I, Global

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be reporting to the Global Data Management Manager and will collaborate with Data Management teams in various GEOs to address any data discrepancies and suggest opportunities for alignment. You will also collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address their concerns and offer appropriate guidance.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management

  • Workday experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required, and ServiceNow experience preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels

  • Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities

  • Fluency in English is necessary, and additional language skills are a big plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

At the core of our work, you will be collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and a typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow, which will include but are not limited:

  • You will create and maintain positions as well as supervisory organizations, as needed and in alignment with our organizational hierarchy.

  • You will process requests for leaves of absence according to company policies and relevant regulations.

  • You will complete the onboarding of new hires and ensure timely completion of data fields critical for smooth integration into payroll systems.

  • You will be responsible for handling employee transfers and contract extensions, including document creation, within the organization and ensuring accurate position details and compensation while coordinating with managers as needed.

  • As part of the role, you will modify changes in employee work hours, including part-time/full-time transitions and scheduling adjustments.

  • Your role will manage the termination process ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

  • You will also require conducting regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
