Job Description:

Provides support and services for existing, improved, or new products, processes, or technologies that can have significant impact potential at a program level.

• Chemical preparation & reaction to support product development engineers in DMSD Taiwan or global DMSD lab.
• Taiwan Lab coater operation & sample roll coating preparation.
• Lab coater chemical, liner & consumer management.
• OCA basic property check after sample rolls preparation.
• Support and work with global development experts on coating technology development.
• Lab coater daily operation coordination.  

Requirements:

•Chemical engineering or mechanical engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree.

•3-year+ working experience, coating experience or 3M working experience is preferrable.

•Ability to communicate and write in English a (Reading, Writing are required while Speaking, Listening are preferred)

•Acute attention to detail, especially when dealing with large content of similar content

Excellent communication skills and exceling in collaborative work environments with quick, competing deadlines.

•High comfort level working in Microsoft Excel, power point & word.
