About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented professional to lead and drive the growth of our loan and cross-sell products across rural and semi-urban markets. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial product distribution, particularly in lending, with a proven track record of managing sales teams, expanding market share, and achieving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand distribution and market share of loan and cross-sell products.
Drive the penetration of loan and cross-sell products in rural and semi-urban markets.
Recruit, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ongoing training.
Ensure team members are actively engaging in the market to drive sales and product adoption.
Utilize tools like QR codes and Soundbox technology to enhance visibility and accountability.
Define market coverage, sales goals, and geographical territories for field teams.
Monitor sales quality and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and sales processes.
Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:
7-14 years of experience in lending, with expertise in digital loans, personal loans, and merchant loans.
Exposure to merchant lending and distribution experience, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets.
Proven track record in driving product distribution and managing sales teams within the lending industry.
Experience in digital lending platforms and technology-driven sales processes is highly desirable.
