As an ARMO Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Actively participating in assigned HSE programs and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly and performing visual inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies.
Completing incident investigations and documentation, including conducting effective root cause analyses and defining corrective actions.
Evaluating maintenance processes and procedures to enhance equipment reliability, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
Identifying cost‑reduction opportunities and escalating them to the supervisor for review and potential implementation.
Engaging in job‑shadowing activities to develop a comprehensive understanding of operational workflows and business functions.
Adhere to the on call/shift schedule providing immediate support to attend the operations.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Possess solid knowledge on electronics circuits, and electronics laboratory instruments.
Demonstrate understanding of hydraulic circuits.
Have maintenance experience—supported by proven qualifications—in basic and advanced surface and downhole wireline equipment.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet client and operational demands.
Demonstrate the ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Be a strong team player with effective communication skills and fluency in English.
Show enthusiasm for learning, continuously developing your skills and knowledge through self‑study in a hands‑on environment.
