Position Summary

Partners as a hands-on practitioner, project manager, and facilitator of leadership development programs. Assists with initiatives and projects that support the overall leadership development strategy to cultivate a culture of learning and promote the growth of leaders and managers university-wide.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight as the Project Manager for Leadership Development functional programs and services. Coordinates logistics, tracks metrics, upholds program requirements, collaborates cross-functionally, and executes tasks in service to leadership development.

  • Designs, deploys, and facilitates leadership development curriculum to support the growth of new and experienced leaders, managers, and employees. Leads design and facilitation of workshops and other initiatives in-person and virtually ensuring an engaging and learner-centric approach.

  • Collaborates with other members of the LLOD team to research, curate, and create learning resource materials and activities that support leadership development programs. Explores and integrates innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.

  • Leads, develops, and implements evaluation processes and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements. Collaborates across the LLOD team and with stakeholders across WashU to co-define needed improvements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$75,200.00 - $128,800.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
