Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineering Capability Lead to drive excellence and innovation across our software engineering teams. This role focuses on building and enhancing engineering capabilities, ensuring the adoption of best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping the technical vision, mentoring talent, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and implement software engineering standards, practices, and methodologies to ensure technical excellence across projects.
• Capability Building: Design and execute strategies to enhance team skills, tools, and processes for sustained engineering growth.
• Innovation Enablement: Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in software delivery.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams to foster professional growth and innovation. Act as a coach and role model for technical and leadership excellence.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee the successful delivery of software solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Drive initiatives to improve code quality, testing strategies, and automation processes, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with product, design, and business teams to align engineering capabilities with organizational goals.

• • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
• • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
