AIG is hiring an experienced HRBP for our Customer Division!

Some people don’t just accompany processes – they drive them forward.

At AIG’s Customer Division, with around 650 employees across service and sales centers, claims, analytics, projects, and field sales – we’re looking for someone who will be there for both the people and the business.

As a partner to both the division’s management and the HR leadership, our HRBP doesn't just respond – they lead: onboarding and integration processes, manager development, compensation and welfare policies, retention and consulting processes, as well as challenging moments – in the areas of labor law, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.

This role bridges strategic vision with attention to detail; it combines expertise in service and sales with genuine human leadership.

The position also includes the management of two HR coordinators.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management – required
• Background in labor law – required
• Experience working with employee unions – required
• Prior managerial experience – required
• Previous experience in service-oriented or distributed organizations / call centers – required
• High-level English – required
