Position Highlights:

  • Position: Nurse Specialist - Ortho Adult Reconstruction
  • Location: Skokie Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM
  • Required Travel: May need to travel to other sites when needed
     
    What you will need:
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois required
  • Education: BSN required
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
  • Experience: 3 years of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
     
    What you will do:
  • Function as a subject expert and/or program coordinator in providing nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Provide nursing assessment to patient condition and evaluation of follow-up needs
  • Coordination of patient plan of care
  • Provide health education for patient and family
  • Collaborate on planning/problem-solving solutions with health team members
  • Clinical management of patients as directed by the physician
