The Supervisor, Technology Procurement is responsible for the successful management of a single business function within the Technology Business Operations Procure-to-Pay team. P2P functions include Broadcast, Production and Infrastructure Procurement; End-user Device Procurement; Invoice Management; Workforce Procurement; Support Renewals; Telecom Business Management and Mobility Management. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES People Management (25%) Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives Organize scheduling, training and onboarding Monitor employee work and provide guidance Provide daily work direction and feedback to the team Work with team to define and manage goals Responsible for performance management of team Team Operations (60%) Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all business functions assigned Be a point of escalation when issues arise Initiate and execute special projects Identify and track team metrics Process Improvement (15%) Provide leadership on best practices and processes Lead team in aligning core responsibilities, strategy and activities essential to add value to the business functions assigned Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills that enable sound decision making Ability to identify and deconstruct issues to overcome obstacles Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities DIMENSIONS Size of Team 2-5 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience 7+ years of Procurement, Invoicing, Telecom, Moility or Asset Management experience 7+ years of direct interaction with customers, vendors, manufacturers and asset management teams Must be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing business needs of technology, broadcast and production clients, be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving environment Team player, self-starter, and quick learning with interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced cross functional environment; able to prioritize tasks nd projects accordingly Exceptional written and verbal communications/interpersonal skills, research/analytical skills and presentation communication skills Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness Ability to work non-traditional hours, as needed Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, ServiceNow, and P2P systems REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering or IT-related major preferred)
