Job Summary:

The HR Advisory lead will serve as a key partner to business stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and judgment to support decision-making. This role will be responsible for all HR operations within the Workday system, including recruitment approvals, business title changes, terminations, and other employee life-cycle management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to provide HR advisory support and deliver HR solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Workday Operations: Manage and execute all HR processes within the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Review and approve recruitment requests.
  • Handle business title changes and promotions.
  • Manage the termination process, including offboarding tasks.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Apply sound judgment in handling HR-related issues and provide expert advice on workforce management, policy interpretation, and compliance.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and decisions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency within the Workday platform.
  • HR Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data in Workday, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee issues in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze HR reports from Workday to provide insights that support business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR advisory or country HRBP role.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide sound HR advice.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR process improvements and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
  • Experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
