ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Sample Coordinator, you will support the Apparel product creation team by facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across designated categories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Salesman Sample and Marketing Sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples.

• Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across departments and through final archiving.

• Follow up on any missing samples via email with overseas suppliers.

• Constant communication with our overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples.

• Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines to ensure tracking of samples at all times.

• Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, athletes, and PR needs.

• Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet.

• Support the ordering of SMS for all departments seasonally along with late adds and reorders.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment

• Computer proficiency; Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in the Apparel Industry

The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr.
