Resolve Supply Issues at Root: Diagnose systemic inventory disruptions, implement sustainable solutions, and reduce recurring supply gaps. Communicate accurate recovery timelines to internal stakeholders with transparency and precision.
Improve Efficiency & Flow: Identify and address inefficiencies in supply chain and operations. Create supply plans that align stakeholders and unlock operational capacity for volume growth.
Maximize Sales & Member Value: Partner with suppliers to align on planning horizons and track inventory movement to ensure critical set dates, seasonal launches, and planogram resets are met—maximizing sales opportunities.
Deliver Best-in-Class OTIF: Own supplier and merchant alignment to consistently achieve and exceed OTIF targets, reducing out-of-stocks and improving member experience.
Optimize Supply Networks: Anticipate and manage upstream supply chain constraints; ensure order generation drives flawless execution across suppliers, distribution, and clubs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chains with expertise in process optimization.
Proven ability to improve OTIF performance and deliver measurable supply chain KPIs.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analytics (SQL a plus) to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
Member-first orientation with a track record of translating supply chain excellence into customer value.
Skilled communicator who influences cross-functional teams and secures leadership buy-in through clarity and collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
