Job Summary:

As a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be both a hands-on technical leader and architect, with expert-level proficiency across backend and frontend technologies. You will design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that deliver exceptional user experiences while ensuring robust, maintainable, and secure backend services.

You will own architectural decisions end-to-end—spanning data models, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and UI frameworks—while contributing production-quality code that sets the benchmark for engineering excellence. Your work will influence technical direction across squads and shape the long-term roadmap for the Media Engineering organization.

Collaborating closely with Product, Project Management, and Engineering peers, you will ensure solutions meet business needs, adhere to modern best practices, and are designed for long-term success. You will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of development, from technical strategy and system design through to hands-on coding, automated testing, deployment, and performance optimization.

You will champion engineering excellence, modern frameworks, and agile delivery practices (Scrum/Agile, CI/CD, cloud-native, functional programming) while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and continuously improving engineering culture.
