Job Summary

General Purpose:

Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 5 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Demonstrates capability in guiding a major initiative that impacts the site.
• Exercises judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Identify skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)

$58,800.00 USD - $80,900.00 USD Annual
