We’re looking for a passionate, highly dynamic HR Operations Program & Project Manager to drive successful delivery of our initiatives as we create our HR enterprise ecosystem of the future. You will be responsible for program delivery – ensuring technology, process and change all come together for successful delivery.   As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain strong stakeholder engagement, will ensure proper staffing and will hold all workstream teams’ (process, tech, change) accountable to key milestones and activities.  In addition, you will coordinate with and drive stakeholder teams’ commitment to key activities and milestones as part of the initiatives (design reviews, UAT participation, value realization) and will work closely with our Technology Delivery Lead for all technology delivery aspects of our programs.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Execute end-to-end project management activities.
•    Effectively manage milestones and dependencies. 
•    Maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
•    Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments. 
•    Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. 
•    Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.

Relationships: 

•    Reports to: HR Operations Program Lead
•    Collaboration: HR Business stakeholders, Market stakeholders, Technology team(s), Process team, Change team, Legal 
•    External Relationships: Third party vendors

The Work:
•    Report to the HR Operations Program Lead as a key member of the HR Operations Technology Transformation Team
•    Support strategic programs and operations globally
•    Help to build, implement and manage strong governance processes
•    Develop expertise and knowledge of global governance processes, tools and initiatives to deliver strategic objectives.
•    Deliver metrics and status reporting
•    Communicate with senior leadership and organize complex data/information requests
•    Identify and implement continuous improvements wherever needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent professional experience 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry with proven track record in complex technology program delivery.

Essential Skills:  
• Experience influencing at all levels of organization, as well as driving and implementing org-wide changes
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutions
• Proven communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience leading global technical projects end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with setting clear expectations and defining tangible outcomes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience leading global teams

Good to have:
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS
• Experience in HR technology space
• Knowledge of key processes in HR domain
