Lightspeed is seeking for a technology-driven German language speaking Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in deploying our innovative solutions while managing queues and optimizing customer journeys. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at utilizing ChurnZero to enhance customer interactions with minimal human interaction. 

As a high tech-touch Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for our SMB clients. This role is at the intersection of technology and customer experience, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and tailored POS solutions. What you’ll be responsible for

  • Automation and Configuration:
    • Implement and configure software solutions using automation tools to meet client specifications.
    • Implement and manage queues within ChurnZero to streamline and automate processes.
    • Leverage advanced queue management techniques to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
    • Develop and implement automated workflows within ChurnZero for seamless customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for POS system, leveraging automation and digital workflows. 
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Underwriting, Billing, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of implementation projects.

Client Communication and Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

    • Ensure implementation remains on track, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

    • Possess a deep understanding of POS technology and its applications.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific configurations and customizations.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Training and Documentation:

    • Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of the implemented POS system.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for clients and internal teams.

Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of POS system implementations.
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of the implemented solutions.

Project Documentation:

    • Create and maintain implementation documentation, including status reports.

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, preferably in the POS technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in POS systems and related technologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver results

  • Knowledge and experience with Hospitality
