AMLI Residential is looking for an enthusiastic Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our team at 4 of our luxury communities in Seattle. What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with ease and enthusiasm. Your day-to-day will include:

🏡 Helping people find their dream apartment by showing available homes and assisting with applications.
📣 Marketing the community through phone, internet, and social media outreach.
🎉 Planning and hosting resident events to create a sense of community.
📑 Managing lease renewals, move-ins, and all required paperwork with precision and efficiency.
💡 Keeping up with market trends by shopping the competition and maintaining relationships with local businesses.
✨ Ensuring the community looks its best by maintaining a polished and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others. Ideal candidates will have:

✔ 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (bonus points if it's in real estate!)
✔ A high school diploma/GED (college education is a plus!)
✔ Saturday availability (we’re closed Sundays, so you still get a weekend day off!)
