Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that align with client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
