Summary: As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Configure and customize ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Business Management, and ServiceNow IT Asset Management. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications, modules, workflows, and business rules. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow IT Operations Management with other systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
