We are seeking a new talent to join the team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project, develop and grow.

Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Campaign Standard is recommended. Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Account Delivery Management, along with advanced proficiency in Work Management, is suggested.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to promote professional growth.
