The Program Manager of Enterprise Risk Management reports directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and serves as the ERM program manager and strategic advisor on enterprise-level risks. This individual contributor role is responsible for advancing the organization's ERM program through a consistent, strategic, and integrated approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks. The position coordinates closely with other risk management units, internal audit, and business partners to align risk monitoring strategies and mitigation plans. It also supports the development of risk appetite frameworks and shares risk insights to inform strategic planning and operational decision-making. The Program Manager provides advanced analytics and visualization, developing KPIs, dashboards, and actionable risk intelligence to support executive leadership and Board-level reporting.Job Duties:
