Office of Data and Analytics (ODA) at the Nanyang Technological University is seeking to fill a number of Senior Assistant Manager (Data and Analytics) positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate insights from both external and internal data to facilitate evidence-based decision making at all levels of the University.

• Build databases, develop data analytics and implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.

• Refine existing processes and define new processes in data collection to support decision-making at all levels of the University.

• Work in teams of stakeholders across various units.

Job Requirements:

• Has (or expecting) a PhD degree in the Social Sciences or the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), NOT necessarily in the data science or related fields.

• Has empirical and quantitative skills. 

• Has good coding skills.

• Has good communication skills.

• Visualization skills an added advantage.
