We're looking for Financial Representative, Events & Accounting to join our Events & Accounting team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, Events & Accounting you'll be responsible for:

  • Understand event requirements, research and select vendors balancing quality and cost, and negotiate favourable terms
  • Create event budgets, raise purchase orders, obtain approvals, and review contracts (financial and legal)
  • Oversee event operations, including rooming lists, invoice reconciliation, and managing changes
  • Review, process, and manage vendor payments and travel-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and maintaining records
  • Evaluate event success, finalise folios, and collaborate with HQ, adjusting work schedules

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Masters of Commerce/Business Administration) with 6 months to 2 years of experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
