Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Vendor Master Data Intern, from May to August 2026 located in Manila, Philippines.

The Vendor Master Data Intern supports the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of supplier master data by reviewing, validating, and maintaining vendor records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role’s scope of responsibilities include:

Data Processing and Review

• Responsible for reviewing vendor information submitted by requesters (internal and external) in the supplier portal and ensure completeness from a Compliance perspective
• Verify and validate vendor information against established criteria.
• Document and evaluate audit findings under the supervision of an SME and provide insights / recommendations to enhance / simplify process/es.
• Accurately input and update vendor master data in local ERP systems for non-platform market scope.
• Identify discrepancies or errors in vendor records and correlate with potential risk impact

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain detailed documentation of vendor data processing and review procedures.
• Conduct daily reconciliation reviews, consult with VMD SME, and make necessary recommendations to improve process/es.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding vendor data management.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. 
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams
