The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Enablement Manager - Health in Melbourne or Syndey, to help shape and deliver initiatives that elevate our Health proposition. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Distribution & Enablement, Health, partnering across teams to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering purpose-led solutions that improve member health outcomes, support sustainable growth, and strengthen relationships with our partners and customers. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery experience, alongside a mindset focused on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
