What you need to know about the role

You own end-to-end go to market launch strategy for product capabilities within the Card Processing and Value-Added Services product suite that serve our Enterprise merchant customers.  You will work closely product, sales, revenue operations, global merchants services, and marketing to execute on corresponding strategies.

The Enterprise PSP and VAS GTM team acts as a strategic launch and commercial readiness group within Enterprise PSP and VAS Product (Braintree, RaaS, and Payouts) organization at PayPal. The team is focused on delivering new and enhanced products and features to market which bolster our enterprise platform value proposition and strategy. The team is relied upon to drive product commercial readiness, spearhead critical operational processes, and act as a partner and oversight body for our product area.

Your way to impact

You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including other Product teams, Marketing, Sales and Engineering. We help these constituents understand the Enterprise segment trajectory. You will own the end-to-end strategy to bring components of the Enterprise platform product (Braintree, Payouts, and RaaS) to market.  This includes ensuring end-to-end readiness and launch strategy development.  Our goal is to ensure that the value our customers receive far exceeds their expectations and that our platform is central to their growth strategy and overall business.

Your day to day

In this role you will assess existing and upcoming roadmap items for commercialization needs specific to the product area you support:

  • In partnership with marketing, sales, revenue operations, and servicing teams - lead and be accountable for the development of a clear end-to-end launch strategy for your product area inclusive of enablement, training, marketing content, and operational readiness

  • Facilitate development of internal and external product SME content to support our PSP and Value Added Services narrative and underlying services for your product area

  • Bolster and implement monetization strategy and monetization operational readiness for your product feature set

What do you need to bring

  • 3-5+ years of digital go-to-market experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a payments (cards and alternative forms) environment (processor, merchant, acquiring/issuing bank, card network/scheme), with experience both in e-commerce and card present with a focus on facilitating revenue growth revenue.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in selling, supporting and/or implementing E-commerce/CNP implementations of payment services including front-end deliverables and relevant back-office reconciliation processes. Experience across multiple merchant verticals a plus (travel, subscription, digital goods and services, SAAS, etc.)

  • Strategic in all things, strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of your product area and process.

  • Detail oriented, with attention to nuances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.

  • Keen listener with recognition that success is rooted in understanding.

  • Strong communicator who takes his/her/their job seriously but does not take himself/herself/their self too seriously.

  • Action oriented with ability to execute, problem-solving to streamline processes and building to scale.

  • Willingness, ability and desire to periodically travel is required.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$82500 to $187990
