In this role, you’ll be a vital bridge between global PX strategy and local operations, directly influencing organizational culture and driving the critical social dialogue that empowers our French workforce to thrive. 

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Champion Talent Objectives: Partner directly with business leaders to identify organizational challenges and implement talent strategies that achieve core business goals. 

  • Lead Social Dialogue: Spearhead meaningful engagement with the Works Council (CSE) and oversee the implementation of key Group Profit-Sharing and Savings Plans. 

  • Act as a Change Agent: Facilitate organizational design and culture shifts, ensuring our teams stay agile, engaged, and aligned with Trimble's global mission. 

  • Coach and Mediate: Empower managers through expert coaching and objective mediation to resolve complex employee relations challenges with professional maturity. 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • HR Expertise: 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a deep, applied knowledge of French labor law and HR principles. 

  • Strategic Partnering: Proven ability to build high levels of personal credibility and trust while coaching leaders through complex people challenges. 

  • Social Relations Mastery: Hands-on experience organizing CSE elections and maintaining productive, professional social dialogue. 

  • Bilingual Communication: Exceptional communication skills in both French and English to navigate a global matrixed organization effectively. 

Bonus Points For:

  • Practical experience with the new national collective agreement for the metallurgy industry or the Syntec collective agreement. 

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to use data to identify trends and talent insights.
