 We’re looking for a transformational Product Manager to own the viewer experience on eBay Live and chart the next chapter in live commerce. As a key part of the Demand team, you will own the interactive journey of eBay Live streams that balances viewers unique needs across shopping and entertainment. You’ll be tasked to create a seamless user experience that not only delights but also fosters a deeper connection between our Live sellers and their audience. What you will accomplish:

  • Become a leader with vision in the live commerce space to develop and champion a product strategy for real-time interactive viewing experiences through a combination of understanding customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor insights.

  • Define and iterate on a zero-to-one product roadmap while balancing requests and dependencies from established eBay engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across eBay, including engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and business units to optimally deliver the roadmap. 

  • Establish key success metrics and report on product performance, insights, and risks to goal with eBay leadership. 

  • Earn the trust of the Demand engineering team through a deep understanding of backend systems and an ability to drive technical decisions to unblock feature development.

What you will bring:  

  • 3+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience with e-commerce experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred 

  • Ability to define and complete complex product roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, influence without authority, and make tradeoffs based on incomplete data

  • Proven success in driving innovation & delivering high-quality customer experiences with a highly structured, customer-centric, & data-driven approach

  • Alignment with eBay’s core values (customer obsession, innovation, and inclusion) demonstrated through driving results, collaboration, and using customer insights to inform product decisions
