We are seeking a strategic leader to drive end-to-end verification and automation for large-scale cloud-based healthcare solutions. As the overall Verification Lead, you will ensure comprehensive coverage across functional and non-functional requirements (NFR), design robust automation frameworks, and champion quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is pivotal for delivering applications and platforms with assured reliability, scalability, and performance, working closely with architecture, development, DevOps, and integration teams.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and review of automated and manual tests, ensuring end-to-end verification for applications and services, aligned with requirements and design intent.
- Migrate automation framework from legacy to modern tech stack using GenAI
- Adoption and enforcing GenAI for Automation testing across the team.
- Design and optimise scalable automation frameworks for NFR testing (performance, reliability, scalability), leveraging tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, k6, LoadRunner, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
- Review and report verification results, ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
- Execute automated and manual tests within the CI environment, providing rapid feedback and supporting agile, iterative development cycles.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and integration teams to embed verification and NFR testing across all layers of the software stack.
- Champion Automation best practices, reliability frameworks, and system integration, ensuring seamless coverage and continuous improvement.
- Profile and optimise performance and load testing tools, embedding diagnostic and testability features in product architecture for robust and scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and a culture of continuous learning.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline.
Required Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in end-to-end verification and NFR testing for large-scale cloud solutions, including reliability and performance.
- Proven leadership in designing and executing verification strategies and automation frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud environments, distributed systems deployment, and testing.
- Experience with testing ETL and DWH systems with custom framework
- Hands-on experience with NFR testing tools: JMeter, BlazeMeter, k6, LoadRunner.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Java/TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating verification and NFR testing into pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, shell scripting, and containerisation (Docker)..
- Understanding of bugs/defects life cycle and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., HP ALM).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or similar frameworks for front-end testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ownership, accountability, and demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering high-quality, robust solutions.
- Ability to mentor and support technical growth of team members.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, agile environments and changing priorities.
