Role Description
Serve as a subject matter expert in evaluating and prioritizing strategic marketing programs and transformation initiatives, maintaining a cohesive multi-year roadmap of GTM and marketing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to operationalize GTM strategies, develop project plans, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Inform marketing investment decisions by integrating market analysis, performance attribution, and outcome measurement to support data-driven prioritization of high-impact programs.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with transformation, business insights, operations, and analytics teams to co-develop and implement GTM strategies and plans.
Act as a strategic connector between marketing strategy and execution teams, translating high-level objectives into scalable processes, tools, and best practices.
Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports to summarize findings, present recommendations, and influence key stakeholders.
Define and track process-level KPIs and ROI models that align GTM strategy with campaign execution and business outcomes.
Lead ongoing market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify new growth opportunities and areas for transformation across the marketing and sales ecosystem.
Leverage internal and external research, data analytics, and analyst insights to synthesize market signals into actionable GTM opportunities and campaign priorities.
Establish and maintain a repeatable, data-driven framework for evaluating GTM opportunities, balancing market potential, customer impact, operational readiness, and expected ROI.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
10+ years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience managing projects, with a focus on supporting product development, marketing, or transformation initiatives.
In-depth understanding of the modern marketing lifecycle, including campaign attribution and measurement practices.
Background in marketing campaign management or demand generation, with expertise in planning and optimizing marketing budgets and investment mix.
Experience developing executive-level reports and translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Ability to travel 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
