The Director, Payments & Experience, will ensure that Regional GS (Global Services) Procurement Payments & Experience organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement, Finance and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, suppliers, and the broader procurement and finance functions to ensure a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when engaging with the procurement process.
This role oversees and manages activities relating to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic plans to transform the internal and external partner experience across multiple areas such as accounts payable, compliance, trainings, and helpdesk.
The Director, Payments & Experience, works to identify and address needs of internal and external stakeholders, develops strategies that mitigate risk and improve the organization profitability and remains abreast on current market trends.
